An existing extension in Kidderminster transformed from bare to finished, with a new roof and Velux windows, new heating, a rewire and a new kitchen.
We transformed this existing extension in Kidderminster from bare to finished. The old roof was replaced with new rafters trimmed out for two large Velux windows and a new pantile roof. Inside we stripped everything out and rebuilt the internal walls with new insulation, up to regulations. Severe cracking in the rear wall was repaired with the Helifix bar and resin system, and a damp issue in the rear wall was treated with a new injected damp course. A new boiler, central heating and radiators were installed, along with a full rewire with downlights. The floor was given a new DPM and self-levelled before being tiled, and new windows, a stable-style back door, a new WC and a sleek contemporary kitchen completed the project.
