We completed a full refurbishment and extension of this property, transforming it inside and out. The project included a double side extension, a new rear extension with Velux windows, and a full re-roof of the entire house. Internally, the property was fully stripped, re-boarded, and re-plastered throughout, alongside all new electrics, plumbing, and a complete boiler installation. External walls were insulated and we installed herringbone flooring throughout with a bespoke kitchen fit-out.
