A rear kitchen extension that completely transformed a tired internal layout into a bright, modern open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. Works included full structural opening to remove existing walls (with steel beam installation), groundworks and foundations for the new extension, roofing with twin Velux skylights, and full first and second fix throughout. The new kitchen features a bespoke dark shaker design with a large island, paired with a solid timber dining table. Aluminium bi-fold doors open the entire rear wall onto the garden, and premium herringbone flooring ties the new and existing spaces together seamlessly. A vertical column radiator finishes the look.
