A rear extension and full home transformation in Bromsgrove. With the blockwork complete we installed the roof and ordered the bifold doors and roof lights. The GRP fibreglass roofs were completed, the existing garage roof was upgraded to a warm deck roof for better insulation and performance, and the front porch was tiled. Inside, we knocked through the rear of the existing house into the new extension and installed the structural steels to create a large open-plan living space. The bifold and French doors were fitted, the rear extension and the new front porch were fully rendered, and the whole property was plastered throughout before the second-fix electrics began. The next stages are the floor preparation and kitchen installation, completing this full home transformation.
