We recently completed this high-spec triple garage, built for strength, scale, and practicality. The project involved major groundworks, including the excavation of 350 tonnes of clay and piled foundations driven 5 metres into the ground. The structure sits on a 350mm reinforced concrete slab. Externally, the roof was finished with over 11,000 tiles, alongside two 5-metre bifold doors and three roller shutter doors. Internally, fully plastered with spotlights, sink and toilet facilities, and a brand-new tarmac driveway.
