A garage converted into a versatile new living space with a stylish new bathroom, a new window where the garage door was, and oak doors throughout.
A garage conversion that created a versatile new living area meeting the latest building standards. We built new timber floors and walls, lowered the ceiling, and installed a new window in place of the garage door to bring in natural light. All the insulation in the floors, walls and ceiling was upgraded to current regulations, and new floor joists with chipboard brought the floor level with the existing house. The electrics were upgraded throughout, a new bathroom was installed, and oak doors were fitted throughout to finish the space.
