A sunken koi pond with its own pump house on Clee Hill, plus a new flat roof and full overhaul of the sunroom.

Two projects in one on Clee Hill. In the garden we dug out over 50 tonnes of soil, installed hardcore and a reinforced concrete pad, and set an EZ Pond weighing over 800kg into position. We built the blockwork for the pond surround and the pump house, fitted a Firestone rubber liner, ran all the electrics, waste and water supply, put a rubber roof on the pump house, and finished with Pavestone porcelain cladding and granite coping stones. At the front of the property we removed a rotten, leaking sunroom flat roof that had been patched too many times and replaced it with a new flat roof, alongside a full room overhaul including new insulation, electrics and heating.

A difficult, uneven garden turned into a level, usable outdoor space, with sleeper retaining walls and a new patio and landscaped areas.

A garden renovation in Kidderminster with a new buff blend sandstone patio, perimeter lighting, a curved step and a raised step from the house.

A low-maintenance garden in Barnt Green with 19 bays of new fencing, a raised sandstone patio with a pergola, a new pathway and a solid shed base.
