An existing downstairs flat reimagined as a large open billiard room, with five walls removed and RSJ steels hidden in the upstairs floor.

What was once an existing downstairs flat has been reimagined as a billiard room. We removed five walls and installed RSJ steels connected through the ceiling and hidden in the upstairs floor, creating a large open space, and installed new downlights to light the billiard table. The next stage was ripping up the existing floor to supply and fit underfloor heating.
